Dog Policy: Dogs are welcome at Marana events if they are leashed and picked up after.
Note: Glass Containers or BBQing in the park will NOT be permitted during the event.
The Town of Marana’s annual Star-Spangled Spectacular event will take place on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park, with fireworks scheduled for 9 P.M. Free attractions include the splash pad, field games, inflatables, exhibitors, Musical Instrument Petting Zoo presented by the Civic Orchestra of Tucson, and a car show presented by Obsessions Car Club.
Marana’s largest event is nestled behind the Arizona Pavilions shopping center and within the Continental Ranch neighborhood, making it the perfect event for residents to walk to or enjoy the fireworks from many vantage points. Residents and visitors spend the day shopping and eating at the nearby stores and restaurants before coming over to enjoy an evening in the park.
PARKING
The parking lot located at Crossroads at Silverbell District Park will be opened to vehicles and foot traffic at 4PM on the day of the event. There are limited spots available. Additional spots can be found throughout the Arizona Pavilion Commercial Center.
This year, the Town of Marana will provide a courtesy shuttle for handicapped guests with a handicap placard or license. The designated lot to park at for the shuttle is at Coyote Trail Elementary School (8000 N Silverbell Rd, Tucson, AZ 85743). The first shuttle will depart at 4:30 PM from the school and the last shuttle will depart the park at 10:30 PM.

9PM Fireworks
The Town of Marana’s fireworks show is always the finale of a fantastic festival day!
Splash Pad
The Splash Pad at Crossroads Park will be open from 4-8PM during the event.
Car Show
Enjoy the 40+ cars presented by Obsessions Car Club right in the middle of the festivities! Meeting new people and connecting with old friends is what they love most about doing events.
Jesse Colt Band
Country with a Twist! The Jesse Colt Band is Tucson's newest, upcoming country band. Bringing all the lights and sounds of stadium style concerts directly to you. The Jesse Colt Band brings you all the sounds of your favorite country hits. From Marty Robbins to George Strait with a little Sonoran and Rock thrown in!
OnesAll
OnesAll is a fun funk/rock band from Tucson, AZ. The band features a family of musicians and fuses thick funky grooves, tight vocals, and exciting rock sounds with high-energy performances.
Musica Instrument Petting Zoo
The Civic Orchestra of Tucson’s Musical Instrument Petting Zoo provides hands-on opportunities to touch, feel, and play with String and Percussion instruments!
Bouncy Fun & Games
The Family Fun Zone features inflatables like bouncing castles, obstacle courses and attractions for all ages!
30+ Food Trucks
With over 30 vendors on site, you will have a diverse selection to choose from for your full meal, snacks, desserts and beverage needs. The Town of Marana is proud to support small, local businesses at our events.
