Photos: The Three Sisters/Las Tres Hermanas mural in downtown Tucson
Four artists, two from Tucson, Ariz., and two from Nogales, Sonora, are working on a new mural downtown off of 61 E. Congress, April 26, 2023.
The work is approximately 50 X 50 feet and is the latest piece to adorn the west wall of The Neighborhood DWTN bar.

Lucero is one of four artists working on the painting, part of Fronteridades, a bi-national initiative to encourage art in southern Arizona and northern Mexico. The fifty-foot mural is the project’s largest work to date and lead artist Ruben Moreno hopes to to have it done by this weekend.
